History and traditionThe Romantik Hotel Beau-Site was originally founded as a guesthouse back in 1893, when alpine tourism was just starting. Although never a noble Grand Hotel, its outstanding reputation is built on more than a century of hospitality and personal attention by the host, culinary excellence, enterprise and innovation. From an unsophisticated but comfortable establishment, the Beau-Site has now developed into a beloved vacation hotel in high demand not only among our wide circle of long-standing guests. Over the last few years we have done a lot of renovation work – reflecting our ongoing quality enhancement philosophy.
