Finnish sauna
The ideal temperature for a traditional sauna is around 85°C. Correctly carried out, a sauna does not load the heart and circulation any more than a hot bath.
The heat promotes perspiration to remove bodily waste materials such as fatty acids, urea, etc. It also promotes the blood circulation, relaxes all your muscles, and increases antibody formation for greater protection against infections.
And here you'll find a fantastic way to cool off in the sauna – just try the tingling thrill of our sparkling spray tower!
